Configuring Categories

Categories are the dropdown lists that keep your data clean and reportable — the types, statuses, and classifications every asset, work order, part, and project gets filed under. Set them up once and they appear everywhere staff enter data. Pick an industry below to see a starter set tailored to that operation.

Government & Municipalities

The category values most Government & Municipalities operations begin with. Five of the seven lists adapt to your industry; two are near-universal lifecycle lists that rarely change.

Names you add become selectable instantly — anywhere that field appears, for everyone entering data.
